Our commercial accounts are offered customized pricing on their high volume requirements. We are pleased to “price-match” any item for our valued customers. Commercial Accounts
Your good business credit immediately establishes your account with Franz. Your orders will be processed on open account. Free delivery terms are available to qualifying firms. Customized pricing is available on your high usage products. Regular mailings will keep you informed of the current promotions, newest products and updated catalogs.

Your Order History
With your established commercial account, you may log in and view your order history. You may view and print previous orders. A helpful feature to confirm order placement.

Shipping Terms
Normal supply orders over $35 ship free. Smaller orders will be shipped at current UPS charges. Residential charges will be added where applicable. Shipments too large for UPS will go via common carrier. We will be pleased to quote shipping costs and lead times in advance.

Tax Rates
Established commercial customers will be taxed as currently set up. Resale and non-profit accounts require supporting documentation. All other orders will be taxed at our local rate of 7.75%. Please e-mail customer service if you need to discuss or change your current status.

Delivery Lead Times
Most orders for stocked merchandise deliver the next business day. Will call orders from our Arlington Heights, Illinois facility are ready within 1 hour. Rubber stamp orders generally deliver in 4 business days. We will be pleased to quote lead times on any special order merchandise.
